Here are just a few of the accomplishments of Beta Chapter at UTD.

Membership- We added 8 new members (Kappa Class), which expanded our active body to 20 Brothers

Volunteering – We had completed over 300 hours of volunteering among 13 members. more than half the active members went way beyond the volunteering requirements (There were 7 actives with at least 26 hours!). This includes work done at Habitat for Humanity, Heart House, and the Halloween Canned Food Drive.

Events –

  • The first actual and professional National Convention was also thrown by Beta Chapter. Being a part of the planning committee I can clearly say that a lot of hard work was put in and the entire event was very successful. Once again I would like to credit the entire chapter actives as each one helped out in some way or the other even if they weren't on the planning committee. Over 80 brothers attended and all of activities went seamlessly.
  • We had an awesome TX/OU weekend. The TX/OU barbeque as well as the parties on both nights were a huge success. The 2007 TX/OU weekend was arguably the largest in Dallas history!
  • Beta chapter also won UTD’s Greek week. This was comprised of many athletic and creative events throughout the week. Despite the presence of larger and more heralded Greek organizations; Delta Epsilon Psi still ended the week with the most points!
Welcome to the official website of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity Inc, Beta Chapter at the University of Texas - Dallas. We invite you to take a glimpse into the soul of our great organization, which is found atop our unwavering pillars of Brotherhood, Discipline, and Commitment. Delta Epsilon Psi, Inc., the South Asian Service Fraternity was founded on October 1, 1998 at the University of Texas at Austin.

This fraternal organization’s three founding principles are the source of its members’ strength. As a South Asian brotherhood, Delta Epsilon Psi takes pride in its diverse cultures and promotes its philanthropy through volunteer service and leadership within the surrounding community. While uniting the brothers more intimately with the community, Delta Epsilon Psi fosters the proliferation of South Asian philosophy and culture to transcend religious and regional barriers and to create South Asian awareness.
